Kelly pairs decades of real-world, utility Customer Service experience with valuable technology implementation and upgrade proficiency. She spent the past three decades working at a water utility acting as the Billing & Customer Service / Contact Center Supervisor as well as the Account Management Supervisor and Customer Service Process and Data Analyst. She led multiple CIS and CSS projects during her time with the utility.

Kelly is an ideal resource on client projects to assess current processes and identify opportunities to apply improvements utilizing modern technologies and integrating industry best practices. With her robust utility experience, Kelly is able to speak the language of and empathize with customer service and billing team members, and she brings great value to the change management and process validation efforts.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Charleston Southern University.
